CURRENT PROJECTS
|
|
ECON are currently involved in a huge variety of projects ranging from fish and bird surveys to lake and river restoration projects, to environmental impact assessments. Projects range from field based species specific work, for example radio telemetry on Little terns, Sterna albifrons, to the desk-based development of a national strategy to restore 95% of SSSI lakes to favourable condition in accordance with the government's PSA target. We aim to publish (and publicise) as much of our work as possible. Please see our publications page for further details. The case studies on the pages below give some indication of the types work we undertake. Please note that the services described above are by no means exhaustive, and we also provide other services, such as mammal work, GIS, and species action plans. We have also worked in a number of areas not detailed in any of the case studies displayed on these pages. These include small mammals, and in particular harvest mice, seals, and Chinese Water deer. Please conact Eleanor, e.skeate@econ-ecology.com, for further details. |
